Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, requesting a demo, or using the Eduvora360 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. The Service

Eduvora360 is a coaching institute management platform that provides tools for managing students, batches, attendance, fees, timetables, results, assignments, enquiries, staff, and parent communication.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach
• Each institute subscription is for a single institute only — sharing accounts across multiple institutes is not permitted
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload, store, or transmit any data that infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the service to send unsolicited messages or spam
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Eduvora360 platform — including student records, fee data, attendance records, and any other institute data. We do not claim any ownership over your data.

You grant us a limited licence to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Upon termination, you may request an export of your data at any point within the 90-day retention window. After 90 days from termination, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

6. Payment & Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as agreed
• Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension after a 7-day grace period
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• Annual plans are locked at the price agreed at time of purchase for that subscription period

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will cease at the end of the current billing period
• We will retain your data for 90 days to allow for export requests
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a paid period (see Refund Policy)

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in any activity that harms the platform, other users, or us.

8. Limitation of Liability

Eduvora360 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All aspects of the Eduvora360 platform — including software, design, logos, and content — are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
