1.1 Institute & Admin Data
When you register or request a demo, we collect: institute name, contact person name, email address, phone number, and address. This is used solely to set up and operate your Eduvora360 account.
1.2 Student & Staff Data
Institutes enter student and staff information into the platform (names, contact details, attendance, fee records, results). This data belongs to the institute. We process it only on the institute's behalf to provide the service.
1.3 Usage Data
We may collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration) to improve the platform. This data cannot be used to identify individuals.
1.4 Communication Data
If you contact us via email or WhatsApp, we retain those conversations to respond to you and improve our support.
1.5 Chatbot Conversations
Messages you send to the AI assistant on our website are stored so we can respond to your enquiry and improve the answers we give. We keep the message text, the page you chatted from, and the date. Your IP address is stored only in a hashed (irreversible) form, and we do not use cookies to track you across visits. If you choose to share your name, phone number or institute name in the chat, we treat that as an enquiry and may contact you about it. Chat records are deleted after 12 months. Please do not share passwords or payment details in the chat.

All data is stored on secure servers hosted in India. Data is retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 90 days after termination, after which it is permanently deleted upon written request.
Backups are maintained for 30 days for disaster recovery purposes.

- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)

Eduvora360 is a business tool for coaching institutes. Student records may include minors, but access is strictly controlled by the institute admin. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from individuals under 18 through our public website.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes, we will notify active institutes by email.
