We want you to be confident before you pay. There's no self-serve trial — instead, we give you a guided demo and configure your account with your own institute data so you can evaluate everything before any payment is required. This policy explains what happens once you decide to subscribe.
1. Evaluation Before Payment
We don't offer a self-serve free trial. Instead, before any payment is required:
- You explore our live demo with real sample data — no signup needed
- We give you a guided walkthrough of the admin, staff and parent logins
- We configure your account with your own institute data so you can evaluate it fully before committing
This guided setup lets you see exactly how the platform works for your institute before you pay anything. A configured trial period may be provided as specified at the time of onboarding.
2. Annual Subscriptions
All Eduvora360 plans are billed annually — this is what keeps the price low. For annual plans:
- Refunds are available within 30 days of the annual payment if you are not satisfied — no questions asked
- After 30 days, no refund is issued for the remaining months of an annual plan
- If we discontinue the service, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion
3. Always Eligible for Refund
Regardless of plan type or timing, you are always eligible for a full refund if:
- You were charged due to a billing error on our part
- You were charged after submitting a valid cancellation request
- The service was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues on our end (pro-rated credit or refund applies)
- We materially change the features of your plan without prior notice
4. How to Request a Refund

Please include your institute name, registered email, and the reason for the refund request. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
