We want you to be confident before you pay. That's why every institute gets a free trial period before any payment is required. This policy explains what happens after your trial ends and a subscription begins.
1. Free Trial
Every new institute gets a 14-day free trial (or as specified at the time of onboarding). During the trial:
- No payment is required
- Full access to all features of the selected plan
- You can cancel at any time before the trial ends — no charges will apply
We strongly encourage you to thoroughly evaluate the platform during this period.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Our policy for monthly plans:
- No refund is issued for the current billing month once a payment has been processed
- You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current paid period
- No charges will occur after cancellation
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for an upfront commitment. For annual plans:
- Refunds are available within 30 days of the annual payment if you are not satisfied — no questions asked
- After 30 days, no refund is issued for the remaining months of an annual plan
- If we discontinue the service, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion
4. Always Eligible for Refund
Regardless of plan type or timing, you are always eligible for a full refund if:
- You were charged due to a billing error on our part
- You were charged after submitting a valid cancellation request
- The service was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues on our end (pro-rated credit or refund applies)
- We materially change the features of your plan without prior notice
5. How to Request a Refund

Please include your institute name, registered email, and the reason for the refund request. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
