When you register or request a demo, we collect: institute name, contact person name, email address, phone number, and address. This is used solely to set up and operate your Eduvora360 account.
1.2 Student & Staff Data
Institutes enter student and staff information into the platform (names, contact details, attendance, fee records, results). This data belongs to the institute. We process it only on the institute's behalf to provide the service.
1.3 Usage Data
We may collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration) to improve the platform. This data cannot be used to identify individuals.
1.4 Communication Data
If you contact us via email or WhatsApp, we retain those conversations to respond to you and improve our support.
2. How We Use Your Information

Eduvora360 is a business tool for coaching institutes. Student records may include minors, but access is strictly controlled by the institute admin. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from individuals under 18 through our public website.

We may update this policy periodically. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes, we will notify active institutes by email.
