Getting Started
No. It's designed for institute owners and admin staff, not developers. Our team sets everything up for you and walks you through it personally — most people are comfortable within the first day. If you've used WhatsApp, you can figure this out.
Most institutes are running the same day. We handle the full setup on our end — batches, subjects, staff accounts, fee structure. You don't configure anything yourself. We hand over a ready portal and walk you through it, usually in about 30 minutes.
We don't do a self-serve trial, but our live demo has real data you can explore right now — no signup. When you're ready, reach out and we'll do a walkthrough. We also set up your account fully before you pay anything, so you can see your actual institute data before committing.
Features & Usage
Yes. The Growth plan supports up to 5 staff accounts and the Pro plan supports unlimited staff — each with their own login and custom permissions. A teacher can mark attendance while your admin records a fee payment and your receptionist logs a new enquiry — simultaneously, with no conflicts.
No. Most coaching software stops at fee collection — Eduvora360 goes further. Every fee collected goes straight into your income ledger. You add expenses (rent, salaries, stationery), and your monthly P&L updates automatically. There's also a GST summary for your tax professional and a salary ledger for staff. One less software to manage.
Parents get a separate login link — completely different from the admin side. They see only their child's data: attendance, fee status, upcoming assignments, exam results. No app to download, works on any phone browser. Parents tend to check it themselves rather than calling you, which is the point.
Security & Data
Yes. Each institute's data is completely isolated — no other institute can see your students, fees, or records. Parents can only see their own child's information. We use secure authentication for all login portals and your data is backed up regularly.
Your data belongs to you. Before cancelling, you can export your student records and fee history as CSV files. We also retain your data for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can request a full export or reactivate your account.

Plans are billed annually — that's what keeps the pricing low enough to be worth it for small institutes. Monthly billing isn't available right now. If the annual amount is a concern, reach out and we can talk through it.
Starter supports up to 200 students, Growth supports up to 500 students, and Pro supports up to 1,000 students. If your institute is larger, contact us — we can discuss a custom arrangement.
Device & Access
Yes — the full admin panel, staff login, and parent portal all work on any smartphone browser. No app download is needed for anyone. The interface is responsive and designed to work well on both small screens and desktops. We've tested it on common Android and iPhone browsers used in India.
Eduvora360 is a web-based platform and requires an internet connection to work. However, it is optimised for slower connections — pages are lightweight and load quickly even on 4G or basic broadband. For areas with frequent outages, we recommend marking attendance in real time when connectivity is available, as data syncs immediately.
Parents need a login to access the portal — this is by design, since the portal shows sensitive data like fee history and attendance. The admin adds a parent's phone number while adding the student, and the parent can log in immediately using that number. There is a simple password reset option as well.
You upload a DPP as a PDF to your library and add an answer key for MCQ questions. Then you assign it to one or more batches with a due date. Students open the DPP through the parent portal on their phone, view the PDF, and submit their answers question by question. The system automatically scores their submission against your stored answer key and shows you who submitted, who hasn't, and what everyone scored — all in one screen. No printing, no collecting paper, no manual correction.
